Red Deer Polytechnic presents Red Hot Science!
Learn how to code a Microbit to be capable of counting steps, checking temperature, and playing a game of rock-paper-scissors. The Microbit is then encased in a wrist or ankle band created from purchased materials for the final prototype. This design challenge allows for numeracy and literacy aspects to be integrated with a hands on, engaging activity.
